Sprint 3 Goal:
Finish up inventory as well as the quadrants.

Review:
To the right is our burn up chart - this is the combination of all of our user story points completed each sprint in order to keep track of our progress. Essentially, we were getting closer to our goal - after meeting with Bruce, we explained that we were entirely done with the system and data implementation. The last step was to train him how to use it... The only impediment we ran into during sprint 3 was the fact that we never labeled the photos while taking them. We had to backtrack and establish which labels were meant for which photos so that they could accurately be put into the DB.
Retrospective:
The activity selected was the parachute activity. Basically, what was put up top (parachute) was "what was holding us back as a team" and the bottom part (engine) was the "driving us/motivating us." For example, one of the things holding us back was "Lack of motivation" while one of the things pushing us was "everyone was contributing."
