Sprint 1 Goal:

Narrow down system requirements and choose the method of delivery for the customer.
Tasks:

Met with client Bruce to ask any initial questions in preparation for project

Begin to gather photos that CPT already had on inventory and input into database

Begin tagging/categorizing/photo taking of inventory items that had never been categorized before
We were able to clear out, tag, organize, and take a picture of all the inventory under the stage (which was the process that was supposed to take the longest overall). This gives us room to be flexible for the following sprints (regarding the other inventory).
Sprint Review:
Had a meeting with Bruce at the CPT to show him our initial plan and the progress we had made. We wanted to ensure the system would be user-friendly and could meet the client's requirements and expectations.
Sprint Retrospective:
The document to the right is the retro activity we performed as a team in order to evaluate our performance. "Start, Stop, Continue" - Pretty self-explanatory, but Start was what we needed to start doing, Stop was what we needed to stop doing, and Continue was what we were already successfully doing.
