  2. Product Backlog Items written, prioritized. Agreed upon by PO and Dev Team

  3. Acceptance Criteria created

  4. Specs and Requirements created and agreed upon

  5. Know how to test increment of product

Our Definition of Done:

  1. Agreement from both Props team and Costumes team

  2. Has passed all testing

  3. Accepted by users

  4. Sign off from both POs

  5. Documentation complete

  6. Training of client complete
